The Age of Truth

Ahhhh!  Yes !  Shifting has taken place and this week is stronger for all of us…we move forward now with greater momentum as we have made greater realizations about ourselves during the past week of reflection and passive introspection.  What did you learn about yourself and the direction you wished to go after the lengthy time of reflection?  Plenty of healing and shifting has taken place and the whistle is being blown by the Coach of the Universe….your own Soul consciousness…calling you to the playing field for ACTION !…Yes..let’s move into play and get into this game of life in a healthy fulfilling way !

The drive to move forward is propelled by the desired alignment between you and your Soul purpose thus your meaning of life here on earth.  This life of yours is meant to be lived..yes LIVED…not wasted by repetitive programs and incomplete false starts.  When one is truly living they work with the cycles and changes of active and passive movmenets of Universal energy to create and recreate themselves into further and further alignment with the divine consciousness within.

This is achieved through the most important positiion on that wavelength…the reflection.  When you listen within and reflect on why you were born and who you are really….the next wave that moves to the cresting lifts you up into action…just as it is doing for you this week.  Therefore…this week you would wish to take a step forward…a big step forward..and engage in something that supports your own personal dreams and goals.  Whatever that is..make sure that it is an active Big step.

If you need to for example:  contact an associate, make a cold call to a company, follow up on a lead, write, paint, design, travel, sign up for yoga, go to the spa for self-nurturing…whatever it is..please do it.

The Universal consciousness is in forward driving gear this week so let’s all respond in kind.  “Consider the exertion from your spiritual consciousness to awaken and resolve to be further out of the humdrum existence; slave to the lower levels of consciousness.  This Universal exertion is the accelerated drive of the changing Ages of human evolution.  The umbillicus to your true Source is vibrating with power; feeding you the energy food of Light consciousness carrying vast amounts of Intelligence…you just need to acknowledge this and be open to receive.  Take a moment right now to stop doing what you are doing and breathe deeply from this true nutrition of Life…Feel the energy enter your body and bring extra vitality to the activity and function of your brain and your various physical systems.  Energize !..The clearness of your mind will be increased and your life path more clearly defined.”

As I sit in reflection here this morning I am listening to Lake Simcoe making some powerful sounds and rumblings as the Lake of the Lake is making ice during these cold winter days.  Think of the power and forces of nature at work during the cyclic phase of winter in the northern hemisphere.  The MIND and Intelligence of the Universal consciousness has created Laws of Nature that dictate the changes that we see in weather and in the birth – death cycles of things made manifest here on earth.  So it begs me to ask…”Are we living our lives according the cycles of Universal Laws and the Greater Principles that govern and guides our lives?”

The winter cycle from December solstice forward to the Spring cycle of Equinox is a time cycle or period of particular influences from the Solar Giant we call our Sun.  But more than that, these are also cycles where our Spiritual consciousness is governing and directing the unfoldment of your Soul Purpose and the cyclic changes you find yourself in.  This particular time cycle we are in gently nudges us to reflect very deeply on our gifts and skills of our birthright.  It asks us to recognize that we are all good at something and we all have weaknesses to overcome and resolve.  The best thing to be doing right now is personal reflection.  Contemplating the managing and application of your specific skills and gifts and reflecting upon why you were born with such gifts..what are they do be used for?   Think about this peacefully though and don’t get yourself too worked up and excited which disturbs the lines of transmission of THOUGHT from your Spiritual Mind to your ego personality’s intellect/intuitive self.  Sometimes a morning cup of tea or a few minutes to yourself during any part of the day is all you need to connect with the Spiritual directives at this time.

The cycles of LIFE, Nature, your Soul evolution are all moving according to the Laws governing them.  We just need to align ourselves with these Laws and respect the fact that everything is in order.  Encourage yourself now to consider further the qualties your were born with, the constellation you were born under which gives you further clues to your positive qualities, your current age and cycle you are in, the state/quality and effectiveness of your chakra/aura at this time…and what do you need to do to further support your alignment with the Spiritual and Divine powers governing your existence.  Don’t work against yourself; work “with” yourself in every possible way.  Do those activities that support your natural tendencies.  Consider the accelerated times we are in and that those same forces that are moving and shifting the Lakes and earth magnetic field are ALSO influencing you.  You are made of the materials of this earth.  Keep these ingredients clear and pure with the appropriate waters, minerals, vitamins, rest, etc.  Work with nature.

This week in question is a reflective time…and personal reflective time to give yourself a chance to peacefully get to know yourself better.  Don’t rush around hither and yon…instead enjoy quiet time this week as much as possible and get in touch with the Power LOVE and INTELLIGENCE that made you..YOU…!!  Who are you and why were you born?  Let’s get to the good stuff on that question !!

If Pegasus offered you a ride to your Solar Temple where clarity and truth were sure to be offered…would you take it?  Perhaps this offer will help you to realize that help and guidance is all there for you in the centre or alignment with your Soul’s Light.  Many this week are experiencing the two directional pull.  One…the pull and knowing that they are on the right track and that things are unfolding Divinely as planned…and then Two…the feeling that they are losing momentum, lacking some motivation or just tired.   Let’s look at this carefully..

We have been through some major shifts over the last couple of months; namely 11.11.11, the December 1st, then Winter Solstice which was incredibly powerful and now…21 days later approx..we are in another shift that seems to peak during the middle of this week around the 11th of January.  You are going through powerful rises and then your body and your balance needs to be reconfigured and modified to hold the new realizations taking place inside of you.  The fact is, you are not used to so much shifting and it is absolutely necessary to give yourself plenty of rest during these times as well.  We noted health concerns amongst many and people are passing on through their Great Transitions as their Souls are not choosing to continue at this time.  Peace, harmony and alignment is Key for all of us and you know that you have it within you. There is some very, very powerful energies seen inside each one of you that is exerting pressure upon the immediate lifestyle and changes are imminent for you.  What a joy to know that you are NOT going to be reverting back into the old programs and that many opportunties are on the forefront in the days ahead.

Be sure to greet the day with a deep breath and smile within knowing that you are attracting many experiences and people to you now in your Soul Group where group effort is required.  Through sympathetic resonance you are “tuning” in with the people of this world that are inter-weaving with your own life’s path.

Keep a strong but stable stance this week.  Your aura building and strengthening will prove to be most beneficial to you so do make sure you engage with good breathing and meditation practices with your chakra development.

The surfers will tell you that the waves they ride are very, very satisfying to them and they look forward always to the next wave to lift them up.  So much more to see and know when you consciousness is lifted into the glorious sunshine and blue sky.  Now..perhaps you are ready for that ride on Pegasus’ back…the great white winged horse that represents the Solar vehicle of Higher consciousness to the Solar Light of your own Divine essence?  Let’s ride together !  See you in the Inner Temple of Wisdom and Healing !  Kathy

2012 and here we are already feeling the excitement and sensing the need to get very organized with our Spiritual Life !  Training, healing, awakening, acceleration of consciousness….all are in order for us as the Divine plan unfolds so beautifully before us.  The “map” is in your heart and you are being shown every step of the way.  Let the Inner vision to self realization reveal to you now your own unique path.  Most awakening Souls will feel the urgency and the stirring in their hearts to get on board with their Life in the way it was truly designed to be. Those already awakened and teaching spiritually will be urged to expand their studies themselves and increase the time spent in the Inner Temple learning.

To everyone:  please be selective in  your pursuit of studies and self healing.  There are unfortunately many blemishes still in this world where others may not always have your best interest at heart so choose wisely.  The main points on your checklist for your spiritual journey should include:  Proper clearing and development of your chakras especially the emotional healing through Love and understanding…forgiveness will follow those first two.  Be kind and fair to yourself and no criticism of self at all.  A program of proper breathing, dietary nutrition, exercise and better sleeping should be adhered to and all will be stronger and healthier if you make sure you are doing daily meditation where you lift your consciousness out of the lower spheres and reside in your Inner Temple for peace and reflection.  Most find it challenging to sit and think of nothing…it is best instead to use guided meditations to achieve mastership of your “chattering mind” and development of your focus. Review old programs and false beliefs for their origin and re-write to coincide with TRUTH.

Your Meditation and Spiritual Teacher should instruct you in the meaning of the levels of the aura/chakras and help you to understand the meaning of your life and Soul purpose.  Receiving guidance from the Angels and Archangels / Teachers and Ascended Masters is marvelous to experience, but do strive in your studies and meditation to attain Higher consciousness yourself so that you can learn to trust your own Master within..meaning you will learn to trust yourself.   You are Divine…remember that.  You are not a physical body or an Ego alone..you are an emanation of Divine consciousness occupying many, many subtle spheres of Creation.

2012 is the year for you to come into greater realization of just who you truly are.  Living in confusion, fear and angst was not the Divine Plan.  The start of 2012 is already proving to be an opportunity for acceleration of spiritual consciousness, therefore, no reason to delay any longer.  Your goal is to achieve an alignment between your Ego self and your Monad….that is your Spiritual and Divine Self, through the heart centre of LOVE…you can achieve this.  Let’s enjoy the many, many Blessings of this year together……Kathy

Here we are in the last week of December, 2011 with the Winter Solstice gifts still present in your consciousness.  Perhaps your gift was not so obvious that you received?  Supposing it was so subtle that you wondered even if you received a gift?  Let us reflect now on just what the Gift of the Winter Solstice was all about.  It was a time when the human being could open themselves up before the Greater Light and Love of the All Presence and let the vulnerabilities be exposed, let the pain be soothed and the depression be lifted.  This was a time when the Doors to the Heart flew open and you could stand on the Threshold and KNOW that you belong inside.  It has been a time for self acceptance and a cleansing of the old false beliefs and emotional struggles. The Winter Solstice cycle brought Healing and Enlightenment to us all !

Rather than concentrating on what is so very wrong at times in our lives; those things we are challenged by, we have a time here and now to pause and reflect on just how very Special each one of us are to the “God of our Heart”.  We can laugh or cry, we can sing and dance or just sleep…but no matter what you did or did not do over the Solstice season, you can be rest assured of ONE thing;  You were touched by the Brilliant Love and Light of your Soul and the Heavenly realms of Subtle Beings of Intelligence we call Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters, and Higher Councils.

Think carefully now….during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, did you take a moment to pause and reflect on this?  Even with a deep breath or a peaceful sigh, you were in the alignment of the Greater Cycle of Winter Solstice energy of Christed Consciousness.  Therefore, no matter what level of enlightenment you are at in your Spiritual Journey, no matter if you are an experienced Mystic or an unconscious human who still has not recognized his or her own Divine birthright, you were TOUCHED BY THE COSMIC LIGHT OF CHRISTED LOVE – First Principle of Creation. That is the GIFT of the Winter Solstice.

So..I can ask you now…Did you receive a gift over the Winter Solstice from the Cosmic?  I think you can now answer, YES !  We all received something…and that something cannot be measured in dollars and cents.  You will know it by the “feeling” in your heart centre…it is like a wash of Light and warmth that spreads through your body…and yes…often accompanied by a new thought or an “epiphany”.  Only you will know !

Now let’s all get ready for the entry into 2012.  This year is not to be taken lightly…there is plenty of spiritual work to do in order to improve our alignment to Source.  We can do it !!!

With the Winter Solstice influencing each of us now..you are probably finally starting to “see the Light” in the often confusing and foggy days you have had in the past.  This means that with the energy fields between the Spiritual and Physical world being more fluidic and encouraging better contact with your  Higher Mind….you actually are retrieving the information you need about yourself.  You are being given good “clues” from the Cosmic.  Whether that be from people, events, or nature…you are being shown the way …You are being corralled into the stream of Divine alignment that you seek…It is wonderful to report that each Solstice gives you a gift …Yes..you receive from the Divine consciousness your own gift of your Birthright..You receive a realization of your Inner pure Self.  That is a gift.  Anytime to move out of the shadows and into the light…anytime that occurs..that is a gift.  The winter solstice ensures that this gift is not only received…but used in a way that you have never used it before. !!  With this in mind, be aware…2012 will open with a fullness of life that you will rejoice in …Such joy ahead of us all…Enjoy your sacred Birth of the Heart at Solstice time and do remember to be open to receive.  Expect…this…it will not let you down !   Blessings to all, Kathy

That Full Moon certainly made sure we all got up to pay attention to our choices !!  Did you find it difficult to make decisions in the past few days?  If so, ask yourself what threshold you are crossing that makes you pause and stand on it with inquiring mind?  How do you feel?  Describe it.  The intensity of Soul presence is amazing at this time.  During this post full moon cycle you are breaking into the heart consciousness in ways you have not before.  You are exploring your heart…it’s depth..your feelings…your passion for this life…and what that means to you.

You mustn’t hesitate now…enter with open mindedness and expectation of a successful outcome..it is the Soul’s Plan.  Let’s say you are not sure…what do you do?  Then you must step up into the heart with trust and with complete faith in your Soul consciousness….faith that there is a reason you are born and a reason for you to be exactly who you are.  There is plenty of kindness, tenderness, compassion and understanding for you from the Divine Realm.  All this love reaches down into your heart…. takes your hand as you are reaching up to be lifted up !

During the week ahead…follow through…don’t give up…explore more adventures…think outside the box…be inventive, inspired and creative.  Realize that this cycle continues under the expansive watch and loving eye of your own Soul Purpose !!!    Big Blessings to all, Kathy

Better get preparing now for Solstice !!!  We usually like to start approx 3 weeks prior to the shifting of the seasonal equinox and solstice times…thus the 22nd of December marks another major shift for the human consciousness.  Likely you are feeling this really, really good….and…..really really “off” experience right now as you seek to find your footings with the entry into the fullness of the heart-throat energy connection.  Well…this makes sense…operating through the heart chakra at this time and striving for the big energy alignment of your Soul’s Will (Jupiter and the planetary influence of Sagittarius)  plus the added impact of Saturn (karma and your Higher Spiritual Mind connection through the throat) makes for a profound energy DRIVE inside of you.  You want to have a lot of really good things happen right now and you are sure that there must be a way of attaining these goals and dreams!  Well you are right…and the Soul’s Will and (Jupiter) sees the picture even larger and more expansive than perhaps you even do !!

Best to go ahead and make your larger plans and feel courageous to step right into the LOVE and LIGHT of your story …Your story of Life…You have to LIVE this life..not just watch everything from the sidelines or read about it.  The key to this week’s energy is to engage in the LIVING of dreams by starting to take the initial steps towards their realization.  Even if it starts as a small step..pick up the phone, inquire, write, research…do the things you need to do in order to get the ball rolling.  We all need to feel that “push” from time to time….  And OF COURSE..you do know that just before a birth..(Solar birth at the heart at Solstice)…their is labour and their is pushing…well start now because you want to be REBORN in the heart at Solstice !  Blessings !  Kathy

Still not seeing how Divine you are?  Okay…so this week you may still be walking along that line between REALIZATION of your Soul purpose and distraction by the illusive world of false beliefs and insecure thoughts causing you to question whether or not the familiar life you know is your REALITY or the truth and inspirations that make you come alive… is the REALITY.  What is truth?  Using your heart chakra as the barometer to read your own truth, you can discern very quickly whether or not you can trust in that which makes your heart sing a great song.

I see many students and clients who struggle with their ACCEPTANCE of Self Realization…they feel strange or odd about stepping into their spiritual expression in the world “out there” for fear that it may not hold the framework of regular living and life conditions in place or in alignment.  Yes…it is difficult to step out of the box…but out of the box you must come !  The preparation  you have done and still continue to do, to create the new framework will be delighted to  hold and integrate the spiritual gifts, motivations, inspirations, realizations, etc.etc.   Your efforts to create balance in your physical, emotional, intellectual and creatively intuitive levels of the ego personality are paying off.   Large or small….accept for yourself the increments of change taking place and celebrate the advancements!

This is a week where you do move forward and achieve, markedly, further integration of your spiritual path and divinely inspired direction.  TRUST THE REALITY OF YOUR TRUE EXISTENCE.  Reassure your evolving ego-personality that it is okay to feel a little nervous or afraid, but that you are here…in the heart….guiding and loving your own self….and expanding the path ahead of you so that greater clarity will arrive.

Some people are still reeling from the profound opening of the 11.11.11 gate earlier this month and are having trouble “grounding” and balancing the incoming energies.  That’s okay..it’s normal to find challenge in mastering the ability to govern and direct such energies as those found within you from your core of Divine existence.  Fear not !  You are building this skill of interface and do please celebrate the successful moments when you note the stream of consciousness flowing with a smooth continuity.  Call upon the Guardians of the 4 Directions of earth (physical), water (emotional), air (intellectual) and fire (spiritual will plus your developing intuition)…  Ask each of them to please help you strengthen and unite the energies in a balanced manner.

You can expect the week ahead to be filled with your thinking and planning.  Acknowledge your skills and gifts.  This is important.  Ground your energy through deep breathing and a nice , slow pace in eating your food.  Don’t talk so much…and assimilate the nutrients.  Be peaceful.  Be cognitive of the energy that is in the middle of your upper back..where your Angel wings sprout ! (this is the Aura expanding from the realm of Spiritual Will, Mind and Love).  Expand this area through stretching and realization of the presence of your Higher Will.  Ask yourself…what is Thy Will?  Then relax the body…breathe and let the clarity and peace come to you.  No tension.  Know that the Ego often “tries” too hard.  Let the guidance come in and follow your intuition when at peace.  That means you sit with the quietude of Self.  You will have answers.  Ask for help.  This week we call upon the Archangel Haniel to assist you in the re-creation of form..this is the re-creation of your life and expression.  We also invite the Blessings of Archangel Sandalpon and the female presence of Divine Mother through the Angels of the changing seasons.  The seasonal Angels of the earth cycles are very active globally…ask them to assist you in the changing of your own home environment.  Peace to your children, family and home.   The theme of the week:  PEACE
